Can I use your products if I'm injured, pregnant, or recently had surgery?

We want you to be as safe and healthy as possible but not just take your word for it. If you have any questions or concerns about being pregnant or having recent surgery, please consult with your physician or doctor before ordering from us.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer free international shipping to cover the countries listed above. Contact us if you do not see your country listed and one of our customer service representatives will respond right away.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days as the handling time to proceed with your order. Once it has been shipped, we will update the status of your order through our system and provide you with a tracking number.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders will be shipped based on the location of each country. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3-14 business days depending on which country they are going to.

Please allow for minor delays during some circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, weather, logistic delay due to Covid-19) that are out of our control.

What are the modes of delivery?

We'll use DHL, UPS, FedEx, UBI, EMS or other forwarders depending on the appointed addresses. You'll receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package from start to finish; or you can visit this website for up-to-date tracking information, which covers most of the major logistics companies in the world.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please note that order numbers don't automatically update to reflect the available delivery status. Tracking updates can take up to a few business days to show online.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Customs taxes and duties are a result of your government regulations and can vary depending on where you live. Per our Shipping Policy, it is the customer's responsibility to pay customs taxes/duties.

If you forgot to apply the discount code, what can you do?

Rest assured, we don't want our customers to miss out on any of our promotions. If you can give us the order number, please contact us at info@mrrecoveryhk.com so that we can issue a refund for the difference in price between what was advertised and what was charged.

Can I cancel the order?

You will not be penalized for canceling your order. You must cancel your order 24 hours after creation to apply the cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they've been sent out, so please remember that when deciding to place an order.

Do you accept returns for products if I don't like them?

Shopping with us should be fun and rewarding. We're pleased to offer free returns (no re-stocking fee) on all purchases made within 7 days of when the items were delivered to you.

In order for an item to qualify for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and completely functional, with manuals and all the accessories, and in its original packaging.

Please be aware that the cost of sending back a package will fall to the buyer when he or she changes his/her mind after ordering and the delivery fee is non-refundable. Buyer please kindly prepare the return delivery label.

To start a return, please email customer service at info@mrrecoveryhk.com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions from there.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. All of our items are shipped with appropriate care and attention to avoid damages during transit. Occasionally, there can be a mistake made by the mail carrier when they mishandle packages--we assure you that these types of mistakes happen very rarely. In these cases, we will replace your order at no cost to you after confirming the product is indeed defective. Our goal is always to make sure all of our customers are happy; please let us know how we can assist you further if need be.

Once we receive your request, we will reply at the top of our list.

How long is the warranty period?

We provide one year warranty for Booster Massage Gun & Air Wave Compression System, and 6 months of Phoenix Massage Gun from the date of delivery due to manufacturing defects. We are happy to repair or replace the gun or its components within this time frame.

Be aware that the warranty excludes:
1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
2. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
3. Units not used following care instructions;
4. Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
5. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on your premises, and.
6. Failure to provide proof of purchase.

Are there any discounts for bulk purchases or wholesale?
